HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay through Klarna Chekout which offers many different payment option.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WHILE MAKING PAYMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us with as much information about your order and payment as possible, and we’ll try our best to fix the issue.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY BY CARD?

Yes! We do not store your credit card data on our website, all credit card payments are handled by Klarna which is a secure interface.

SHIPMENT

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we deliever our products worldwide! We ship our products from Sweden.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

All of our orders are shipped via standard mail. The estimated delivery time for countries within the EU is 4-7 business days, while for countries outside the EU, it's 7-15 business days.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

For customers living in a EU-country; No, you don’t have to pay import or customs fees. The EU is a customs union, meaning that no duties are collected among the member countries.

For customers living in a non-EU country; Yes, you may be charged import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular country.

For customers  living outside of EU we will not charge any VAT. Once the package reaches your destination country, you might have to pay for additional import duties, customs clearance and VAT.

I CAN'T FIND MY PHONE MODEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you can't find your model, please contact us. If enough customers ask for an particular phone model we might add it to our product line.
